Knicked Period Underwear FAQ's
How it Works:
Knicked underwear is made using several different layers, which together keep you totally protected for up to 10hrs, without the use of bulky pads or intrusive tampons.
- Outer fabric: Your choice of either luxurious super soft Eco Modal Cotton or lightweight Sports Micromesh.
- Leak proof layer: This is the layer that prevents liquids from passing through the underwear but still allows airflow so it’s breathable and prevents sweating.
- Central layer: The unique absorbent layer, which locks in the liquid. In the Heavy Absorbency range, it can hold more than 200 times its own weight, which makes it one of the highest on the market.
- Inner layer: A soft charcoal infused mesh lining, which eliminates odour and is moisture wicking, giving you a drier surface next to your skin.
Sizing
Knicked period underwear is designed here using Australian Youth underwear guidelines.
It is important to note that youth (child) sizing, also crosses over into women's sizing at our 12/14.
We understand purchasing online can make judging sizing difficult and as everyone has a different body shape (literally hundreds of waist & hip combinations) so we have created this guide to help you choose the best fit. If you are unsure, feel free to email our helpful team at hello@naturallygoodliving.com.au with waist & hip measurements so we can assist.
Naturally Good Living will exchange sizing only if tried on over clean underwear and is returned in as-new condition including all packaging.
Returns/Exchanges
Under Australian Guidelines, personal intimate hygiene products are unable to be returned but we understand sizing charts are a guide and we are all unique.
If you received an incorrect item or an item was missing from your order, please email us at hello@naturallygoodliving.com.au with the details and we will fix it immediately.
Naturally Good Living will exchange sizing, provided they have only been tried on over clean underwear and are returned in same condition as received.
To exchange sizing, email us at hello@naturallygoodliving.com.au and we will email you a returns authorisation number.
How To Return Your Item(s)
Step 1: Download and print the RETURNS FORM (click to open)
Step 2: Complete the form and send it together with your items to:

If you can't access a printer, simply write a note including all details you can see on the form. If you don’t know your order number, please use the same name and email used to place the order so we can identify it.
What Happens Next
Once we receive your return, we will (if in stock) repost at our cost your new items or provide you with Credit in the form of a Gift Card, emailed to you directly from our website.
We typically process returns within 5 business days of receiving the item back.
Please check your junk/spam folder, as Gift Card emails sometimes get tagged as spam.
The Store Credit is valid for 12 months and will cover the total purchase price of the returned items (excluding shipping) allowing you to repurchase in the correct size/style you would like.
