Refunds & Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Damaged in transit products must be reported within two (2) days of receipt. If you have any problems with the quality of the products you received, please Contact Us to discuss it. If applicable, we can arrange a refund or exchange once we have received the item back and have inspected it.
Once your item is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed. Should you require a refund, we will credit your original method of payment.
All products must be returned unused and its original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on some items such as Food, Personal/Beauty Items, Underwear, Sale Items or Gift Cards.
